Job Title: Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights, developing interactive dashboards, and ensuring high-quality reporting solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•1 to 3 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role.

•Robust expertise in Microsoft Power BI (Power Query, DAX, data modeling, dashboard design).

•Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).

•Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.

•Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

•Good understanding of ETL concepts and BI development lifecycle.

•Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.





Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

•Gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

•Work with stakeholders to identify key metrics, KPIs, and reporting needs.

•Perform data extraction, transformation, and modelling using Power Query, DAX, and other BI tools.

•Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across all reporting outputs.

•Analyse trends, patterns, and performance indicators to support strategic decisions.

•Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

•Document BI solutions and provide end-user training when required.
