Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 8 years of experience in non-technical recruitment.
- Proven experience in leadership hiring and hiring across corporate/business functions.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, X-Ray Search, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience managing multiple hiring mandates in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and offer management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruitment dashboards.

Preferred
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or candidates who can join at the earliest will be preferred.
