- Basic Softskills to deal with customers
- Manpower Handling
- Collecting pallets by dismantling them
- Monitoring the ageing of pallets on customer shop floor and co-ordinate for collection
- Safety Awareness
- Training manpower with required skills
- Updating the Daily MIS and other reports
- Loading and unloading of pallet in vehicles
- Use of Company's Mobile app at every stage of operation
