Role Description
The BMS Draughtsman is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi, responsible for preparing detailed drawings and documentation for Building Management Systems (BMS) projects. The role includes developing layout plans, single-line diagrams, schematic drawings,



and equipment schedules in coordination with project engineers. The BMS Draughtsman will interpret technical specifications, coordinate with site teams, and update drawings to reflect design changes and as-built conditions. Day-to-day tasks include working with CAD software, maintaining drawing standards and libraries, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and client requirements, and supporting project documentation for fire, security, automation, and low-voltage systems. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of accurate drawings and technical documentation.

Qualifications
- Solid proficiency in CAD tools (such as AutoCAD or similar) and experience creating detailed BMS, electrical, and low-voltage system drawings.
