Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Data Engineer with robust expertise in SQL Server and Azure Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in database development, ETL pipeline creation, Azure Data Factory (ADF), data modeling, and cloud-based data solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable data platforms and ensuring high-performance data processing environments.

Key Responsibilities

SQL Server Development
- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Perform database performance tuning, indexing, partitioning, and query optimization.
- Manage database security, backup, recovery, and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related performance issues.

Azure Cloud Integration
- Develop and maintain scalable data solutions using Azure services.




- Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Work with Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob Storage, and related cloud services.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and cost optimization of Azure-based data solutions.
- Support cloud migration initiatives from on-premises environments to Azure.

Data Modeling & Architecture
- Design logical and physical data models based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data standards and governance.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across platforms.
- Participate in architecture discussions and solution design activities.

Reporting & Analytics (Nice to Have)
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Integrate Power BI with SQL Server and Azure data sources.
- Generate insights and visualizations to support business decision-making.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in SQL Server Development and Database Administration.
