HR Executive – Tutor Hiring
, you will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring talented English tutors who align with our teaching standards and company values. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, onboarding, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will work closely with the Training, Quality, and Operations teams to build a high-performing tutor community that delivers exceptional learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified tutor candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and timely hiring experience.
- Handle tutor onboarding, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.




- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing hiring requirements.
- Ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies and recruitment standards.
- Partner with the Training, Quality, and Operations teams to understand hiring needs and improve recruitment outcomes.

We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1–3 years of experience
in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Hiring or Training (EdTech Startup experience preferred).
- Robust interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in hiring teachers, tutors, trainers, or customer-facing professionals will be an added advantage.
