Product Development (PD):
- Coordinate with design teams on styles, fabrics, trims, and samples
- Develop tech packs, costing sheets, and sample timelines
- Follow up on proto, fit, size-set, and pre-production samples
- Ensure buyer requirements and design specifications are met
Production:
- Plan and manage production schedules from order confirmation to shipment
- Liaise with factories, vendors, and suppliers for raw materials
- Monitor production progress and resolve delays or quality issue
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and buyer guideline
- Coordinate approvals for fabrics, trims, lab tests, and packaging
Merchandising & Coordination:
- Communicate regularly with buyers regarding order status
- Maintain order files, production records, and reports
- Support costing, negotiations, and order confirmations
- Ensure on-time delivery and shipment coordination
