Job Title: AI-Assisted SRE / AIOps Engineer

Job Type: Contract

Work Location: Remote, India

Experience Range: 3 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Onboard scripts, SOPs, runbooks, and troubleshooting workflows into the SRE agent ecosystem
- Execute and validate AI-assisted operational workflows under technical guidance
- Support production releases, including validation, smoke testing, and workplace readiness checks
- Analyze alerts, logs, and incidents to identify patterns, root causes, and corrective actions
- Enhance operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
- Validate automation outputs for accuracy, safety, and production readiness
- Integrate monitoring, alerting, and remediation workflows
- Collaborate to improve system reliability and reduce operational noise
- Maintain dashboards, reporting, and operational hygiene standards

Essential Skills
- Strong scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Shell/Bash
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, alerts, logs,



and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of production support, incident management, and change validation
- Familiarity with Azure cloud environments
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and automation workflows
- Ability to work with and enhance existing scripts and automation frameworks

Optional Skills
- Exposure to AIOps platforms or AI-assisted operational tools
- Experience with AKS or Kubernetes environments
- Familiarity with advanced automation frameworks
- Experience in building or optimizing operational dashboards
