Experience Required: 3–8 Years in Pre-School Operations

- Experience working with renowned pre-school chains
- Proven expertise in managing pre-school centre operations
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Experience in admissions, parent engagement, teacher mentoring, and academic excellence
- Ability to oversee and support multiple pre-school centres while ensuring operational standards and business growth

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations of a chain of pre-schools
- Drive admissions and revenue growth
- Ensure quality teaching and curriculum implementation
- Train and mentor teachers and center teams
- Maintain compliance, parent satisfaction, and operational excellence
