If you're passionate about video editing, visual effects, motion graphics, and creating engaging content, this internship is designed to help you gain real-world experience while building an impressive creative portfolio.

What You'll Do
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Create visually appealing motion graphics, animations, and VFX elements.
- Enhance videos with transitions, sound effects, color correction, subtitles, and creative effects.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Develop promotional videos,



educational content, testimonials, advertisements, and branding videos.
- Ensure all content aligns with BAOIAM's brand identity and quality standards.
- Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.

What We're Looking For
- Basic understanding of video editing principles and storytelling.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, VFX, masking, tracking, compositing, or animation is a plus.
- Creativity with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to accept feedback and continuously improve.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- A portfolio, showreel, or sample work is preferred (academic or personal projects are welcome).
