The Prospect
Reporting to executive leadership, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a multi-billion-dollar offshore wind programme,
overseeing every phase from engineering through procurement, fabrication, marine operations, offshore installation and final commissioning.
This is a highly visible international leadership appointment requiring exceptional programme management, commercial acumen and executive stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of a major offshore wind EPCIC programme.
- Direct international engineering teams and multiple fabrication facilities across Asia and the Middle East.
- Oversee offshore installation, heavy lift operations, marine logistics and commissioning within the European North Sea.
- Manage executive relationships with clients, consortium partners, technology providers and transmission system operators.
- Maintain full accountability for programme delivery, commercial performance, safety, risk management and project governance.
