Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Operations team. The selected candidates will support day-to-day manufacturing operations by operating and monitoring production processes, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Role & responsibilities :
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production processes as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in achieving daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
- Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities to the concerned team.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and operational documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce process losses.
- Follow company policies and work instructions at all times.





Preferred candidate profile
- Positive attitude, learning capabilities
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and in shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / B.Sc in the relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Industrial, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemical or related field).
- Freshers (2025/2026 pass-outs) are welcome to apply.
- No active backlogs.
- Willing to work in shifts and on the shop floor, as per business requirements.
