Job Description

Trove Architecture Studio is looking for a talented
Architectural Rendering Specialist / 3D Architectural Visualizer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about architectural visualization and capable of transforming architectural concepts into high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 3D architectural models from CAD drawings and design concepts.
- Create photorealistic interior and exterior renderings.
- Produce architectural walkthroughs and visualization presentations.
- Apply realistic lighting, textures, materials,



and landscaping.
- Collaborate closely with architects and designers to accurately represent design intent.
- Revise visualizations based on client and project feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in software such as SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Blender, D5 Render, or similar visualization tools.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, lighting, and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative visualization skills.
- Robust communication and time management abilities.
- Portfolio showcasing architectural rendering and visualization projects is mandatory.
