QA Analyst I - DaWinci

Job Purpose

Were looking for a high-energy, versatile QA Engineer who doesnt just execute test cases they drive quality. Youll be joining a team that works across a broad and evolving tech stack, takes on new initiatives, and moves quick. What You Will Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI automation frameworks using Selenium (Java) this is your primary focus.
- Own end-to-end testing activities across features and releases without waiting to be told what to do.
- Actively participate in and drive bug triages advocate for quality, prioritize defects with business context, and push for timely resolution.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to and eventually drive QA initiatives not just execute them.
- Leverage and explore AI-powered tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, self-healing frameworks) to improve testing efficiency and coverage.




- Understand the urgency behind releases and escalations respond with speed and clarity.
- Collaborate confidently with developers, product managers, and stakeholders; communicate test status, risks, and blockers proactively.

What to Bring:
- 2 4 years of hands-on experience in QA automation.
- Strong proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and Java UI automation is the core of this role.
- Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Solid understanding of the QA lifecycle, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and bug advocacy.
- Exposure to AI tools like Claude or GitHub Copilot in a testing or development context or a strong eagerness to adopt them.
- Confident communicator able to present clearly in team discussions, bug triages, and stakeholder conversations.
