About the Role

As a Business Growth Intern, you'll play a key role in identifying recent business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team throughout the entire business development cycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, solving business problems, and working in a fast-paced agency environment.

High performers will be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) to join SRV Media as a Business Growth Executive.

Key Responsibilities

Research potential clients across different industries.

Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, referrals, and networking.

Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Growth team.





Understand client requirements and identify opportunities for SRV Media's services.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Track outreach performance and maintain accurate sales reports.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

What We're Looking For

Final-year student or recent graduate (BBA, BMS, BCom, MBA, Marketing, or related field).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a growth mindset.

Comfortable speaking with clients over calls and meetings.

Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.

Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, or CRM tools is preferred.
