We're looking for a Performance Marketing Associate/Executive who can take complete ownership of digital growth—from creative strategy to campaign optimization, conversion tracking, analytics, and revenue growth.

This is not just an Ads Manager role. We are looking for someone who understands the complete customer journey and knows how to scale a business using data, creativity, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets, audiences, placements, creatives, bidding strategies, and scaling.
- Monitor and improve key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CVR, CAC, ROAS, and Revenue.
- Continuously test current audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign strategies.

Conversion Tracking & Analytics
- Own the complete conversion tracking ecosystem.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel,



Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Conversion API (CAPI), Events, and Attribution.
- Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure every lead and purchase is accurately measured.
- Build reports and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Analyze campaign data and convert insights into actionable business decisions.

Landing Pages & CRO
- Work on landing page planning, optimization, and conversion improvements.
- Understand customer behaviour and implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Suggest A/B tests for landing pages, creatives, offers, and messaging.
- Improve user experience to maximize lead generation and sales.

Creative Strategy & Copywriting
- Develop campaign concepts that generate attention and conversions.
- Write high-performing ad copies, hooks, headlines, primary text, and CTAs.
