Estimation Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project conditions, work progress, and site requirements.
- Analyze site conditions, project scope, drawings, and technical requirements.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil and infrastructure works.
- Review and interpret building plans, architectural drawings, and engineering drawings.
- Prepare estimates based on project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and site conditions.
- Monitor and oversee ongoing engineering and construction works under the Tourism portfolio.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for project execution.




- Verify the quality and progress of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Identify variations, additional work requirements, and potential cost implications.
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates on ongoing projects.
- Ensure that project activities are carried out in accordance with approved plans, timelines, and technical standards.
Qualifications

M.E. Civil or B.E. Civil Engineering.

Should be well versed with technical knowledge of Estimation
