Project Implementation & Delivery
- Execute WINTEL infrastructure deployment and migration projects at client locations. Install, configure, and commission Windows Server environments.
- Implement and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and related Microsoft services.
- Perform server hardware installation, rack mounting, and operating system deployment.
- Execute data center migration, server consolidation, and infrastructure modernization projects.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and project stakeholders for successful project execution.
- Prepare implementation plans, HLD/LLD documentation, and project reports.

System Administration
- Manage Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
- Configure and administer Active Directory Domain Services.
- Manage File Servers, Print Servers, WSUS, DFS, and Remote Desktop Services.
- Perform server health checks, patch management, and performance optimization.
- Ensure system availability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

Virtualization & Cloud




- Deploy and manage VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
- Create and manage virtual machines, clusters, HA, DRS, and vMotion.
- Support cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure projects.
- Work on Microsoft Azure infrastructure services and cloud-based solutions.

Storage & Backup
- Configure and manage enterprise storage solutions.
- Perform storage allocation, LUN provisioning, and SAN administration.
- Implement and monitor backup solutions such as Veeam, Veritas NetBackup, Commvault, or similar technologies.
- Ensure backup integrity and disaster recovery readiness.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot complex server, operating system, virtualization, and storage issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support during project implementation and post-deployment phases.
- Coordinate with OEM technical support teams for issue resolution.
