- Handle end-to-end recruitment across departments
- Ensure smooth onboarding and employee lifecycle management
- Manage payroll coordination, PF & ESIC compliance
- Track KRAs and support performance management processes
- Conduct training sessions and learning initiatives
- Drive employee engagement and team-building activities
- Manage HRMS (Keka) and maintain employee data
- Support employer branding through LinkedIn and website
Candidate Profile:
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
- 5 to 6 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and compliance
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
