Job Overview

The Associate Analyst, Advisory Operations independently supports the advisory billing function through problem-solving, reporting, quality control, audit support, remediation, and training. This role applies judgement within defined policies and controls to resolve issues and support risk mitigation. The role operates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace and collaborates with leadership and cross-functional partners to drive accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:




- Executed quality control processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
- Support leadership on multiple and potentially overlapping department level projects
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process or procedural improvements
- Document quality issues, performance metrics, and improvement opportunities
- Support audit requests, remediation efforts, and procedure updates
- Manage escalated items within defined scope and escalate higher-risk issues as appropriate
- Support projects including UAT, transformation, implementation, and change management initiatives
