Nanobag is looking for an experienced paid advertising specialist to manage and grow our campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

You will take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, testing, optimization, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, understands ecommerce customer acquisition, and knows how to scale profitable campaigns without sacrificing efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Build campaigns for prospecting, retargeting, product launches, promotions, and evergreen sales
- Manage Google Shopping, Performance Max, Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns
- Manage Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Develop campaign structures, targeting strategies, budgets, and bidding approaches
- Monitor ROAS, MER, CAC, CPA,



conversion rates, and other key performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to increase spend while maintaining profitability
- Plan and coordinate creative testing with our designers and content team
- Test audiences, offers, landing pages, ad formats, copy, and creative concepts
- Analyze attribution across Meta, Google, Shopify, and other reporting tools
- Troubleshoot tracking, catalog, feed, and campaign-delivery issues
- Stay current with platform changes and paid media best practices

Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google and Meta ads for ecommerce brands
- Strong track record of scaling campaigns profitably
- Hands-on experience managing meaningful monthly advertising budgets
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feeds
- Strong understanding of Shopify ecommerce funnels
- Comfortable working with GA4, Google Tag Manage
