Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and sustain production-grade applications and cloud infrastructure. This role requires deep, hands-on expertise across automation, AWS cloud services, CI/CD, containerization, and site reliability. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering discipline with a security-first mindset, and is committed to building infrastructure that is automated, scalable, reliable, and maintainable over the long term.

Qualifications

Experience:
- 3-5 years of demonstrable, hands-on experience in a DevOps engineering capacity.
- Comprehensive understanding of DevOps principles, with proven experience designing, deploying, and sustaining production-grade applications.
- Demonstrated ability to architect and operate infrastructure with a strong emphasis on automation, security, scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

Certification:
- AWS certification at Cloud Practitioner level or higher is preferred.

Required Technical Skills

Scripting & Operating Systems
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, SQL,



and JavaScript for automation, internal tooling, and operational tasks.
- Mandatory: Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills a non-negotiable requirement.

Version Control & CI/CD
- Robust proficiency with Git, including branching strategies and repository lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with package and dependency managers: pip, Devpi, npm, Maven, and Gradle.

Cloud Platforms AWS (Mandatory)
- Hands-on operational experience with: EC2, ECS, ECR, EFS, FSx, S3, IAM, Route53, CloudWatch and CloudWatch Alarms, AWS Systems Manager, and Application & Network Load Balancers.
- Mandatory AWS networking: VPCs, public and private subnets, CIDR blocks, route tables, Internet Gateway, NAT Gateway, security groups, network ACLs, VPC endpoints, and VPC peering.
