We are looking for a Physical Design Trainer to train a batch of engineers in VLSI Physical Design at our Bangalore center. The trainer will be responsible for delivering classroom training and providing hands-on guidance using industry-standard EDA tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct offline training sessions for engineering graduates in Physical Design.
- Provide hands-on training using Cadence tools (primary focus).
- Support training using Synopsys tools when required.
- Guide and mentor students throughout the training program.
- Ensure effective communication of concepts and practical workflows.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of VLSI Physical Design.
- Hands-on experience with Cadence tool (preferred).
- Experience with Synopsys tool is an added advantage.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train and mentor engineering graduates.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, VLSI, or related field.
- Industry experience in Physical Design or prior training experience is preferred.
