About Us

We are a fast-growing Indian baby products brand selling across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, our own website, and other marketplaces. We are now looking for an ambitious Growth Manager who can take ownership of both our e-commerce and wholesale business and help scale the brand across India.

Key ResponsibilitiesEcommerce Growth
- Drive sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, First Cry and our Shopify website.
- Improve product listings, SEO, content, A+ Content, and conversion rates.
- Plan promotions, pricing, deals, and marketplace campaigns.
- Work with advertising teams to improve ROAS and profitability.
- Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability.
- Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate product launches across all marketplaces.

Wholesale & Distribution
- Identify and onboard distributors, wholesalers, and retailers across India.
- Build relationships with baby stores, pharmacy chains,



and modern trade partners.
- Develop B2B sales strategies to increase offline presence.
- Manage pricing, dealer margins, and promotional activities.
- Attend exhibitions and industry events when required.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.

Business Growth
- Create monthly and quarterly growth plans.
- Track KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, profitability, customer acquisition, repeat purchase, and wholesale growth.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Study competitors and identify market opportunities.

Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in Ecommerce, Growth, Category Management, or Business Development.
- Experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, or other online marketplaces.
- Experience in B2B sales or wholesale distribution is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
