Role Description
- This is a part-time remote role for a Senior Program Manager/Director specializing in Agile Methodology and Digital Transformation leadership. As a mentor, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting mentees in their qualified growth, providing expertise in Agile practices, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
Strategy & Roadmap Definition:




Define the enterprise-wide Agentic AI strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Program Management & Delivery:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple AI projects, from ideation and proof-of-concept (PoC) to full production deployment and scaling. Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and risks across cross-functional teams.
- Solution Architecture & Design:
Collaborate with architects and data scientists to design scalable, compliant, and secure agentic workflows. Architect solutions using LLM orchestration frameworks, planning & reasoning architectures, and memory management.
- Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary liaison between business operations, senior leaders, technical teams, and external vendors. Lead workshops, steering committees, and executive updates to ensure alignment and value realization.
