- Search and identify tender opportunities from Government, PSU, GEM, CPP Portal, e-Procurement portals, and private organizations.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with management, sales, estimation, finance, legal, and project teams for bid preparation.
- Prepare technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements.
- Compile and verify all mandatory documents before submission.
- Prepare BOQ, quotations,



compliance statements, declarations, and supporting documents.
- Manage online and offline tender submissions within specified deadlines.
- Handle GEM Portal bidding, reverse auctions, and bid participation.
- Coordinate for EMD, Tender Fee, Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG), Security Deposit, and related documentation.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, correspondence, and contracts.
- Follow up with clients regarding tender clarifications, bid opening, technical evaluations, and award notifications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tender guidelines.
- Coordinate with procurement and project execution teams after award of contract.
- Maintain vendor registrations and update company documents on various procurement portals.
- Prepare MIS reports, tender status reports, and bid analysis for management.
- Track contract renewals, amendments, and extension opportunities.
