Author and maintain comprehensive documentation including:

o User Guides (rolebased) and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs)

o Configuration & Customization Specs (lifecycles, workflows, soft types)

o Admin & Support Runbooks, SOPs, and Knowledge Base (KB) articles

o Release Notes, Whats New, and Change Impact communications for Windchill+ updates
- Produce illustrated, stepbystep procedures with annotated screenshots, short clips/GIFs, and hyperlinked references.
- Ensure documents are versioncontrolled, indexed, and compliant with internal documentation standards (style guides, templates, metadata).

Training Design & Delivery

Design and develop enduser training and rolebased curricula for Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier roles
- Conduct live training sessions, webinars, and office hours; gather feedback to iterate content.
- Create UAT training materials and hypercare enablement artifacts for golive support.

Process & Product Knowledge
- Translate asis / tobe process maps and fitgap outcomes into consumable documentation.
- Document CADWTPart associations,



EBOM management, Change processes (ECR/ECO/ECN), and Document Control practices.
- Capture SaaS considerations (tenant updates, guardrails, feature changes) in training and release notes.

Quality, Governance & Tooling
- Maintain a documentation taxonomy and content lifecycle (draft review approve publish retire).
- Establish and enforce style guides, templates, and editorial standards (terminology, naming, screenshots).
- Use documentation and learning tools (e.g., Confluence/SharePoint, Snagit/Camtasia, RoboHelp).

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience producing Windchill/Windchill+ documentation and rolebased training for:

o CAD Data Management (Creo preferred)

o WTParts/EBOM

o Document & Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN)

• Experience supporting large implementations (greenfield or major upgrades), including hypercare and SaaS release cycles.
