Role Description
The Head of Product Development will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across MAVR’s digital platforms and physical performance products. This full time, on-site role in Garden Reach involves defining product vision and strategy,



translating market and user insights into product roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional execution from concept to launch. The role includes overseeing research and development, setting product requirements, working closely with engineering, design, operations, and sales teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases. The Head of Product Development will monitor product performance, gather feedback from gyms, trainers, and athletes, and drive continuous improvement and innovation. This position also requires mentoring product team members, aligning stakeholders, and contributing to business growth through data-driven product decisions.
