Post Graduate degree in engineering in any one of the following specializations:
*Water Resources/ Hydrology/ Hydraulics/ Irrigation/Soil & WaterConservation/Environmental Engineering/Remote Sensing & GIS AND having B.E./ B.Tech. degree or equivalent in : Civil/Agricultural/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Computer Engg./Biotechnology.*

Ph.D. In Any One Of The Following Specializations:
