- We are seeking highly skilled Solution Architects / Sr. Solution Architects with deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning implementations, solid consulting and solutioning capabilities, and proven customer engagement experience.

Scope
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions (ESP, DSP, IO, OP, S&OP;/IBP, Production Planning, Supply Planning). Architect scalable, high-performance planning solutions aligned with customer business objectives and industry best practices.
- Drive solution lifecycle from requirements gathering, design,



configuration, integration, SIT/UAT, Go-live, and Hypercare. Provide thought leadership on supply chain transformation initiatives and AI-enabled planning journeys.
- Mentor consultants and guide implementation teams across functional and solution architecture areas.
- Support integration with ERP, APS, MES, WMS, TMS, Data Lakes, and Cloud platforms.

What You’ll Do
- Lead customer workshops for business process discovery, blueprinting, gap analysis, and future-state operating model design.
- Design and validate complex supply planning models (multi-echelon, constrained planning, deployment, inventory optimization, sourcing prioritization, capacity planning, scenario modeling).
- Handle challenges involving solver behavior, planning trade-offs, data quality, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Develop solution design documents, functional specifications, data mapping, and testing
