Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering an setting of continuous learning and improvement.
- Backend Development: Oversee the development of backend systems using Laravel and PHP, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
- API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs and manage database interactions with MySQL or other relational databases.
- System Architecture: Contribute to the design of scalable backend architectures, incorporating caching, queues, and optimization techniques.
- Cloud & DevOps: Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment processes,



utilizing cloud platforms and CI/CD workflows.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions.

Core Skills
- Laravel & PHP Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with the Laravel framework and PHP for backend application development.
- API & Database Management: Proficient in building REST APIs and working with relational databases such as MySQL.
