Job Description:
- Analyze
Conditional
monitoring data (e.g.
S·O·S, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history
)
- Provide equipment and/or operation recommendations to customer-facing Dealer representatives derived from condition monitoring data
- Build team-oriented relationships with other
Rental /conditional
monitoring personnel (e.g., S·O·S Interpreter) and customer-facing Dealer representatives
- Use software tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access) to analyze condition monitoring data
- Provide information for condition monitoring lead tracking and resolution
- Prepare written reports and recommendations as required by the Dealership
- Communicate verbal recommendations as required by the Dealer
- Field/Trouble shooting experience (Service Engineer) in Machine, Automobile and Construction Industries would be an added advantage.
