We’re Hiring | Fragrance Lab Executive

Silverstar Fragrances Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Blending Assistant to join our fragrance laboratory.

If you’re someone who enjoys working with aromas, has a keen eye for detail, and wants to build a career in the world of perfumery, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weighing and blending fragrance formulations with accuracy.

• Preparing fragrance samples for clients.





• Organising raw materials and maintaining inventory.

• Maintaining cleanliness and discipline in the laboratory.

• Assisting in fragrance production and day-to-day lab activities.

• Recording batch details and supporting quality procedures.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Honest, disciplined and dependable.

• Organised with good attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with numbers and measurements.

• Eager to learn and grow in the fragrance industry.

• Experienced in a fragrance, flavour, pharmaceutical or cosmetic manufacturing workplace (preferred but not mandatory).

This is an opportunity to work closely with an experienced perfumer and gain practical exposure to fragrance development and manufacturing.
