StapuBox is building the world's first sports networking platform, connecting players, coaches,

and communities to discover each other, form squads, and actually get out and play. We are

looking for a Community Captain who can do two things exceptionally well:
create active

squads (groups) across localities, and turn those squads into real, recurring games on the

ground
. You will make games happen in every locality across Delhi NCR.

What You'll Own

● Create and grow active player squads across NCR localities, sport by sport, expanding

area by area.

● Make games happen on the ground, from the first open play to recurring weekly fixtures,

lining up local spots, timings, formats, and turnout.

● Recruit and onboard local sports champions to run and grow games in their areas.

● Keep squads active between games across WhatsApp, the app, and on-field.

● Handle player queries, no-shows, and friction points so every game runs smoothly.





● Track squad activity, game frequency, turnout, and retention, and double down on what

drives repeat play.

Your Primary Goal

● Make real games happen in every NCR locality we operate in.

● Turn one-off games into recurring, high-turnout play that squads sustain on their own.

● Build the community and on-ground games playbook from 0→1, locality by locality.

You Should Be

● High-energy and outgoing, comfortable on the field rallying players and starting games.

● Passionate about sports, ideally an active player yourself (any sport).

● Solid in communication and relationship building (English + Hindi preferred).

● Highly organised, able to juggle multiple squads, localities, and games at once.

● High ownership, creating momentum in a fast-paced, ambiguous 0→1 environment.

● Based in Delhi NCR, willing to travel across localities and to work weekends (that's when

most games happen).
