Are you a highly analytical problem solver who loves building predictive models and extracting deep insights from massive, complex datasets? We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will apply advanced statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics to solve critical business challenges and optimize our products.

The ideal candidate has a solid mathematical background, practical experience building and deploying machine learning models, and the ability to turn abstract business problems into concrete data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning, deep learning, and statistical models to predict trends, classify behavior, and optimize processes.
- Feature Engineering: Extract, clean, and preprocess large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources, engineered to maximize model performance.
- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Perform deep-dive analyses to discover hidden patterns, correlations, and opportunities within our data ecosystem.




- Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design and analyze rigorous statistical experiments, including A/B testing, to measure the impact of product changes and algorithm updates.
- Production Deployment: Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate predictive models into production systems and scale data pipelines.
- Strategic Insights: Translate highly technical machine learning concepts and mathematical outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or in an advanced quantitative research role.
- Programming Mastery: High proficiency in Python or R, along with deep familiarity with data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- SQL & Big Data: Advanced SQL skills for querying
