Role Description
This is a full-time, in office EMC Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The EMC Engineer will be responsible for planning and conducting electromagnetic compatibility and interference (EMI) tests on electrical products and systems. Daily tasks include setting up and operating test equipment, analyzing test results, identifying root causes of EMC issues, and recommending design or process changes to ensure compliance with relevant standards.



The role also involves collaborating with design, production, and quality teams to integrate EMC considerations into product development and troubleshooting field issues related to EMC and EMI. The EMC Engineer will prepare documentation and test reports, maintain laboratory equipment, and support continuous improvement of testing procedures and compliance processes.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Electromagnetic Compatibility and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), with the ability to apply EMC principles to product design and testing.
- Proficiency in using Test Equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and EMI receivers for EMC measurements.
- Background in Electrical Engineering, with understanding of circuit design, grounding, shielding, and power systems relevant to EMC.
