We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Head – Talent Acquisition
to lead our recruitment function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, building a high-performing recruitment team, strengthening employer branding, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent across all business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and implement the organization's talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Forecast hiring needs in collaboration with business leaders and department heads.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Drive workforce planning and recruitment budgeting.
Recruitment Operations
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, technical, and business roles.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality-of-hire.
- Optimize recruitment processes, policies, and hiring workflows.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Quality of Hire.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business teams to ensure smooth hiring operations.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
- Set recruitment KPIs and monitor individual and team performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Employer Branding
- Develop and strengthen the employer brand across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on recruitment campaigns.
- Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
