Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Merchandising team as Export Merchandisers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the complete export merchandising process, work with international clients, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and gain exposure to global textile and home furnishing markets. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in international business and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Coordination
- Assist in managing export orders from order confirmation to final shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Maintain order details, product specifications,
and delivery schedules.
- Track order progress and provide regular updates to internal teams.
Product Development
- Support the product development process by coordinating sample development and approvals.
- Work closely with design and production teams to ensure products meet buyer requirements.
- Assist in maintaining product quality and specifications.
Quality & Compliance
- Coordinate with the Quality team to ensure products meet required quality standards.
- Follow up on quality inspections and resolve issues with internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with export documentation and buyer requirements.
Logistics & Documentation
- Assist in preparing export documents such as invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other required paperwork.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
- Monitor shipment status and maintain shipment records.
