ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In the context of the MRO facility for M88 military engines in India, as the Security Manager, you will be responsible for the deployment and utilization of security systems & solutions to ensure zero failure cases. Your leadership will be key in providing safety and security to the employees and organization. You will drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvements to establish a robust security foundation for the current facility, overseeing all security strategies, protocols and operations. The role ensures full compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and applicable aerospace/defense standards.

MAIN DUTIES
- Define, implement, and enforce the Group Security Policy at the site level in compliance with Indian laws and defense regulations.
- Protect people, material, and intangible assets of the entity against any risks or threats, by anticipating risks, updating the risk map, and deploying appropriate security solutions.
- Manage and supervise the security team: recruitment, initial and ongoing training, overall staff awareness,



drills and simulations (mock drills), and regular evaluations.
- Install and maintain physical security systems (access control, video surveillance, alarms, intrusion detection), ensuring their preventive maintenance and regular updates.
- Organize access control for all stakeholders (employees, visitors, subcontractors) in coordination with other departments.
- Manage security incidents: detection, investigations, reporting, remediation plans, alerts, and defining response procedures for crises or evacuations.
- Ensure business continuity by limiting the impact of events that could disrupt or interrupt site operations.
- Satisfy all legal and regulatory requirements: conduct regular audits, generate internal and external reports, and update the security action plan.
