Job Responsibilities:

CALLING
Outbound Calling Using System Data, SVs in that week / last fortnight / that respective month to dial out & audit the DIRECT SVs | Dialling out Re-Visits
Inbound Calling Being extremely prompt in the TAT to take calls coming in / dial back missed calls
Fill-In Data Filling in the data comprehensively so that this can be used to understand the source / nature of enquiry and other critical information parameters such as A. Number of Bedrooms & Size; B. Over all Area and Indicative Pricing C. Location
Deeper Probe Being able to extract additional Insights through the conversation from the Dial Out to a Lead Form filled In and to an Incoming Call

EXISTING DATA REPORTING FOR THE RM
DIRECT Quantitative Data reporting Efficacy of the Lead Generation program Expenditure vs Cost of Sale vis- -vis the Online Lead Generation campaigns

DIRECT Qualitative Data reporting Report insights from the exchange with Incoming Call and the conversation from the person filling in the Lead Form | Providing qualitative feedback on what has worked within the creative and what has not.

EXISTING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Referral Creative Despatch Use creative developed to CONNECT in a frequency of a minimal times of twice a week with the existing customers of RH / RR / RS and booked customers of RGrove & RGrand
Newsletter Despatch & Engagement Timely despatch of the Newsletter developed through Email & Whatsapp and following up with the existing customer to build relationships.

Skills:
Proven expertise along with prior experience in being able to successfully convert lead to SV in lowest TA; the allocation of leads scheduled to Sales Executives &
Managers
Being able to aggressively drive SVs through persistent churn of data.
Being able to pitch the product proposition and Key Selling Proposition &
Discriminators effectively.
