What You’ll Do
- Lead presales conversations for BFSI enterprise accounts across India, partnering closely with sales teams on qualified opportunities, strategic pursuits, RFPs, solutioning, and deal closure.
- Run deep discovery sessions with banks, insurers, NBFCs, and fintech customers to understand business goals, current engagement stack, customer journey gaps, data challenges, and regulatory or integration considerations.
- Design tailored solution narratives that align Netcore’s customer engagement, personalization, journey orchestration, and customer data capabilities to BFSI use cases such as onboarding, loan journeys, policy renewals, customer retention, upsell, collections engagement, service communications, and lifecycle marketing.netcorecloud+1
