A. JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Lead - Digital owns and executes the overall JWC’s digital marketing strategy as aligned with business goals. This role focuses on driving growth, lead generation and customer retention by building a digital ecosystem that integrates websites, ticketing, CRM, loyalty, content, performance marketing, and commerce.

B. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Digital Strategy and Growth
- Build and lead the integrated digital marketing strategy across all businesses including:
- Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC)
- Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC)
- Jio World Plaza (JWP)
- Jio World Garden (JWG)
- Upcoming businesses – Jio World Residences (JWR) and JWC Club
- Drive audience acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and loyalty across B2C and B2B businesses.
- Performance Marketing
- Own full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, OTT, affiliates, and emerging platforms.
- Drive measurable outcomes including ticket sales, event registrations, footfalls, dining reservations, leads, memberships, and sponsorship visibility.




- Build data-led optimization frameworks for ROAS, CAC, conversion funnels, attribution, and customer cohorts.
- Lead media planning and optimization for large-scale launches, show marketing, conventions, luxury retail campaigns, and experiential events.
- CRM, Loyalty and Customer Intelligence
- Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing including email, WhatsApp, RCS, app engagement, and personalized journeys.
- Build audience segmentation and loyalty frameworks to drive repeat engagement and customer lifetime value.
- Partner with internal teams to create integrated consumer journeys across digital and on-ground touchpoints.
- Website Ecosystem and Martech
- Own the strategy, development, optimization, and governance of the JWC website ecosystem across all business verticals.
