Role Description
The Senior Counsellor will work full time on-site at our Bengaluru office, supporting prospective and existing learners and their families through the decision-making and enrollment journey. This role involves conducting structured counselling sessions, understanding learner needs and goals,



and recommending suitable BrightCHAMPS programs and pathways. The Senior Counsellor will manage end-to-end admissions workflows, follow up with leads, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborate closely with sales, academic, and operations teams. Daily responsibilities also include addressing parent and learner queries, providing guidance on learning outcomes, and contributing to continuous improvement of counselling processes based on feedback and performance metrics. The role requires a strong focus on empathy, professionalism, and ethical counselling, aligned with BrightCHAMPS’ mission and values.

Qualifications
- Solid counselling, guidance, and advisory skills, with the ability to understand learner needs and recommend appropriate learning paths.
