Job Summary
The Business Development person will play a key role in driving growth for TEI’s Data Center Cooling Solutions. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer and partner relationships, supporting proposal development, and contributing to strategic planning for market expansion outside Primarily, India, Gulf Council Countries and Southeast Asia as guided by the Management. The incumbent will work closely with the Engineering,



Sales, and Global Teams - especially the Chennai Engineering Team - to understand customer requirements and position TEI’s cooling solutions effectively.

A robust understanding of cooling systems (HVAC, chiller plant, liquid cooling, cooling distribution units heat exchangers, etc.) used in Data Center applications, as well as familiarity with industry standards such as ASHRAE and Tier Certifications, is desirable.

Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally are essential. Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the Data Center business development activities to meet or exceed the target bookings plan
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the Data Center Cooling Solutions market.
- Support the creation and execution of business development strategies to expand TEI’s market presence Primarily, India, Gulf Council Countries and Southeast Asia
