Role Description
The Creative Director Copy role at Hashtag Orange is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.



This role involves leading the conceptualization and development of high-impact copy across campaigns, digital content, and integrated brand experiences. The Creative Director Copy will collaborate closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and account teams to craft compelling brand narratives, ensure consistent tone of voice, and guide creative work from idea to execution. Responsibilities include overseeing copy for pitches and ongoing campaigns, mentoring copywriters, contributing to creative strategy, and partnering with clients to present and refine ideas. The role also requires staying current with industry trends, platform best practices, and emerging content formats to keep brand storytelling fresh and effective.
