Role Description
The Senior Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline and driving early-stage sales activities for Clara AI’s solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and researching target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and conducting outreach via calls, emails, and social channels.



The person in this role will qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule discovery meetings for the sales team, and maintain accurate records in the CRM. They will collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, execute campaigns, and provide feedback on market trends. The Senior SDR will also coach junior team members, contribute to process improvements, and consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in a Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales role, ideally in B2B technology or SaaS.
- Solid prospecting and lead qualification skills, including experience with cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms, with attention to accurate data entry and pipeline management.
