1. Assembly Operations
- Plan, manage, and monitor day-to-day workshop operations.
- Ensure timely assembly and production of kiosks as per project schedules.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process.
- Optimize productivity while minimizing material wastage and rework.
- Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and 5S practices.

2. Team Leadership & Workforce Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the workshop team.
- Allocate daily work and monitor productivity.
- Train and mentor assembly technicians on SOPs and quality standards.
- Conduct performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain discipline and ensure effective coordination across teams.

3. Logistics & Dispatch Management
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch of finished products.
- Ensure proper packaging, labelling, and documentation before dispatch.
- Track shipments and coordinate delivery schedules with customers.
- Manage inventory movement between stores, workshop, and dispatch.
- Ensure on-time delivery while minimizing logistics-related delays.





4. Remote Onsite Installation Coordination
- Provide remote technical support to installation engineers and customers.
- Coordinate onsite installation schedules with clients and service teams.
- Resolve installation-related technical issues through phone, video calls, or remote assistance.
- Ensure successful installation, commissioning, and customer handover.
- Coordinate with the Service Team for post-installation support and issue resolution.

5. Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Purchase, and Production departments for smooth project execution.
- Ensure raw material availability before production starts.
- Monitor production timelines and escalate delays proactively.

6. Quality Control
- Conduct quality inspections at every stage of assembly.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
