Role & responsibilities
- Operate and monitor AFBC Boiler for safe and efficient steam generation.
- Monitor critical boiler parameters and optimize combustion efficiency.
- Ensure uninterrupted boiler operation with minimum downtime.
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor fuel, bed material, ash handling, and auxiliary equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and identify operational abnormalities.
- Coordinate with Turbine, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical teams for smooth plant operations.
- Maintain shift logs, operating reports, and equipment performance records.
- Participate in shutdown activities, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Optimize fuel consumption and improve boiler efficiency.
- Follow SOPs, LOTO procedures, and maintain valuable housekeeping standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Anyone having experience of 5+ Years in AFBC Boiler from Thermal powerplant or Captive power plant
