Role Description
The Land Acquisition Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mambalam. This position is responsible for identifying potential land parcels, conducting preliminary site evaluations, and supporting feasibility assessments in line with company strategy. Daily tasks include engaging with landowners, brokers, and local stakeholders, gathering market intelligence, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and negotiations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams on legal, technical,



and financial due diligence, preparing basic reports and presentations, and assisting in drafting proposals and agreements. The Land Acquisition Executive is expected to build and maintain strong relationships, support timely deal closures, and represent EK Homes professionally in all external interactions.
