Role Description
The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness for Boyzz Gifting. This full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi involves managing paid media channels (such as search, social, and display), monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting strategies based on data and insights. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and audience analysis, setting up and tracking campaigns, working closely with the sales and creative teams, and preparing performance reports. The role also includes managing budgets, experimenting with new performance marketing tactics, and ensuring campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and brand positioning.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong 4 years of experience in Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective performance campaigns.




- Candidates should possess solid Market Research and analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and refine targeting strategies.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly.
- Candidates should possess Sales and conversion-focused skills to align performance marketing with revenue and growth objectives.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and campaign optimization tools.
- Ability to work with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to track KPIs and measure ROI.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site setting.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
